The Procurement & Supply Chain department is responsible for providing the organization with the appropriate assets to support all (core) processes. In short: supporting our R&D organization and the teams with all necessary materials, tools & services at the right time in the right place. The department participates and advises in major Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) projects on our Nijmegen Site. We strive to get the best conditions for and agreements between selected partners and our company. We are interested in result-oriented people with a sharp mind and entrepreneurial spirit, who can contribute to our ambition to provide solutions to the healthcare challenges of today and tomorrow. Wat ga je doen als Buyer?
As a Buyer you are responsible for several different procurement categories, for which you act as point of contact. You will further strengthen our supplier portfolio and secure our Procurement policy. This includes analysis of our KPI’s and implementing efficiency consequences, respecting all stakeholder’s interests.
We are looking for an ambitious colleague with strong negotiation skills and in depth understanding and knowledge of procurement processes. You focus on building relationships with suppliers, have a pragmatic approach and with your in-depth SAP knowledge, GMP awareness and analytical mind-set you help to determine the purchasing needs of our R&D organization. Contract management (MSA/LSA) is second nature.

Wat wij vragen:
Your profile
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business management
- At least 3-8 years of work experience in a procurement area environment preferably in biopharmaceutical industry
- A proven track record and demonstrable experience in Procurement
- Thorough knowledge of Nevi I & II, SAP skilled & trained (Trackwise/ IsoTrain/ Legisway)
- Knowledge of Supply Chain is a plus

- Great team worker with good organizational and time management skills
- Confident communicator (verbal and written in Dutch and English) and strong negotiation skills
- Relationship building, great people and management skills
