Vacature Corporate Quality Compliance Assistant in Nijmegen 32 uur
As Corporate Quality Compliance Assistant you will be mainly responsible for managing customers’ requests for supporting GMP documentation. Furthermore you will perform administrative activities regarding Quality Agreements with customers and contract manufacturing organisations.

Within this function you have a lot of contact with clients from all over the world. You are responsible for designing contracts with the information you collect by yourself. Most information will be acquired by email and all communication is in English.

The organisation you will be working for is an international pharmaceutical company, and a leader in the field of generic human medicines. Their mission is to make health care more affordable and to increase access to important medicines. The head office is located in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, and the company has affiliates in eight other countries. The team you will become part of consists of 10 employees who have a lot of contact with each other. Lunch breaks are spend together and being a team player is pivotal within this job.
Wat wij vragen:
Your letter of motivation and CV should show that you have:
- Preferably a MBO degree in relevant discipline,
- Preferably experience in a GMP environment,
- Preferably experience in pharmaceutical industry,
- Outstanding command of the English language,
- Preferably experience with communication to customers,
- Ecellent verbal and written communication skills.
In interviews it will be clear that you are quality and customer orientated, accurate, a team player and are able to work well structured, on a regular basis under tight timelines.
