Wat ga je doen als Teamlead Accountmanager Poland?

As a part of the Accountmanager team you are in touch with (potentially new) customers. You’ll be focusing on the Polish solar market. You’ll be answering questions of (potentially new) customers and work together with them as partners. You will not be focusing on cold sales, you will mainly be in touch with warm leads, generated by the Marketing team.

70% Of your time you'll be working as an Accountmanager. You will negotiate prices, send offers to customers, share information, inform about delivery times and maintain customer relations. 

30% Of your time you'l be leading the Polish Accountmanager team of three. You'll be coaching and helping your colleagues. 

You’ll become a part of the team that focuses on the Polish speaking countries. Company meetings will be done in English.

Wat wij vragen:

To become the Teamlead Accountmanager Poland, it’s important that you:

  • Have a Bachelor degree or are able to work on this level;
  • Have at least 3 years of working experience in B2B sales;
  • Have good commercial and analytical skills;
  • Have interest in technical issues;
  • Are fluent in Polish and English.
