Omschrijving Vacature Teamlead & Accountmanager Polish

As Team leader & Accountmanager you'll be leading a team that focuses on the Polish market. You'll have two main responsibilities.

About 30% of your time you'll be directing your team. You can think of activities such as:

  • Monitoring team sales targets;
  • Giving feedback in company meetings;
  • Representing your team in sales meetings;
  • Training and coaching your (new) team members.

The other 70% you'll be working as an Accountmanager. As an Accountmanager you'll be talking directly to (potential) customers. You react to questions from (potential) customers and always think about business opportunities. You will not be doing cold sales, companies approach you with their questions. As an Accountmanager you'll be informing about products, negotiating prices, delivery times and more. All to make sure that those companies work with us.

Eisen Vacature Teamlead & Accountmanager Polish

As Team leader & Accountmanager (Poland) you need:

  • Bachelor level;
  • At least 3 years of working experience in B2B sales;
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a team leader position;
  • Good Commercial and analytical skills;
  • Some technical understanding;
  • To control the English and Polish language (speaking, understanding and writing);
  • To have good communication skills and like to achieve your goals!
